    You agree that your uploaded content may be duplicated, redistributed, aired on the Acoustical Alternative Net Radio streaming radio broadcast, reused, transmitted, or displayed at any time without your prior permission.

    You understand that Acoustical Alternative may, at any time, for any reason or no reason, terminate or suspend your account if deemed to be infringing on these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Any content found on Acoustical Alternative that is believed to be infringing on the Digital Millenium Copyright Act will be subject to deletion. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any user uploaded or displayed content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millenium Copyright Act to us with the following information:
